Careers at MRCS

Montessori Regional Charter School accepts applications for academic staff openings for applicants with the following credentials:

Teaching Assistants:

(Hours 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)

• College degree
• Teaching certificate preferred but not required
• Act 34 and Act 151 Clearances (Criminal History Background check, Child Abuse Clearance) and Federal (FBI) Criminal History Report
• 3 letters of reference

Teaching Staff:

• PA Teaching certificate required
• Training in Montessori Method of teaching desirable
• Upon employment all candidates will be required to obtain Montessori Training, which is paid be Montessori Regional Charter School

* Note: All academic staff are required to attend Montessori Teacher Training Program. MRCS pays for the training costs.
